The layout is designed as a combination of two separate zones—the daytime and nighttime areas—both seamlessly connected to the large terrace and courtyard.
The daytime area includes a contemporary, fully equipped kitchen with a pantry, a dining room, a living room, a small guest WC, and a wardrobe space in the hallway.
The nighttime area consists of a master bedroom with a private bathroom and walk-in closet, two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and a utility room.
Large sliding glass doors in the bedrooms and living room provide openness and a connection to the terrace, which offers a view of the pool, enhancing the villa's exceptional elegance.
Fee: 10.00 EUR per pet/day. For younger groups, a double security deposit applies: Amount: 1200 EUR (instead of the regular 600 EUR)
